What is the status of my order?

We can't wait for you to start enjoying your Sacred Seeds products! You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can follow the tracking for your most up to date order status. If you still have questions, please contact us at customerservice@sacredseeds4u.com and someone will be sure to get back to you with an order update.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Don't worry, we can help! Once you enter an order, that specific order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have ordered something in error, simply send it back to us (return guidelines listed below) for a refund. If you forgot to include something in your first order, please enter it in a new order. If you still have questions, please contact us at customerservice@sacredseeds4u.com.

When will my credit card be charged?

The charge will go through once your order ships.

What types of payment and currencies do you accept?

Sacred Seeds accepts valid American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and Venmo. We do not accept checks, or money orders. All orders are charged in $USD.

Do you offer free shipping?

We have special promotions and flash sales that include free shipping.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship throughout the United States. International shipping is coming soon! 

Can I expedite my order?

Absolutely- love your enthusiasm! At check out you will be given the option of selecting your method of shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Sacred Seeds will gladly accept returns on sacredseeds4u.com orders within 14 days. You have 14 days from the date of arrival to return any item in your order from sacredseeds4u.com

Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Sacred Seeds is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address and sacredseeds4u.com order number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

My order arrived damaged - help!

Yikes! So sorry to hear that! If your order was placed through sacredseeds.com, email us at customerservice@sacredseeds4u.com with your order number and a picture and description of the damage. We will get back to you with next steps. 

How long does it take for returns to process?

Timing will depend on when the process starts. First step is for you to return the product/s with all the necessary information included in the package. Once your order is delivered to us we will start the process. Please allow two weeks for us to process the return and your refund.
